- A 37 y/o woman referred to be evaluated of her symptoms such as : weakness , apathy and hair loss and decrease Energy
- Symptoms onset :a year and a half ago
- History of multiple assessment of her condition which eventually had her admitted by an endocrinologist due to hypoglycemia in her lab data
